For Camera Ready Ads
Electronic submission of files is preferred. Digital ad files and photos are preferred.
Acceptable file formats are:
• Press quality (CMYK) PDFs with a resolution of 300 or higher
• QuarkXpress up to version 7.3
• Photoshop up to version CS2 (CMYK) jpeg, pdf, eps, psd or tiff
• Illustrator up to version CS2 (CMYK) eps with all fonts outlined

Files submitted that do not conform to the above specifications may be subject to additional production fees.

Additional Notes for Full Pages Ads

Trim size: 8.125” x 10.875” (Live area: 7.25” x 9.875”)

Non-bleed full page ads are 7.25” x 9.875”. Full page bleed ad size is 8.125” x 10.875” plus the 1/8” bleed = 8.375” x 11.125” image area (note: live area for copy in bleed ads should be within the 7.25” x 9.875” live area). Full page advertisers have the option of doing a “non-bleed” or “bleed-off” ads.
